This book is an editorial of the physical, biological and spiritual meaning of life and death. Through novel, news, movies and lyrics, it gives the audience a new aspect.
In the design, the reader can see the gradient and black frames used repeatedly throughout the book, which implies that death is always a part of us. Page numbers are purposefully taken out from the book, in order not to let the numbers define us living creatures. When you reaching the last page, which is a highly saturated spread sheet, hopefully you would understand, only by experiencing the deepest despair can we describe the truest hope.
